Directions to use:
Infusion (tea): 1 – 2 teaspoons of herb in 1 cup of boiled water. Steep for 10 – 15min and drink three times per day.
Bath: 200g herbs soaked in cold water overnight. Heat and strain next morning, add to bath water, soak for 20min keeping heart above the water. Do not dry off with a towel, put on gown wrap with blanket and sweat out for one hour.
Ointment: Add 2 heaped handfuls of finely chopped leaves to 250g lard.
